Our thoughts on bullying

This week in morning meetings we are thinking about bullying.

What is bullying?
Bullying is where someone is being unkind and hurting others. There is a difference between bullying and unkind behaviour. Bullying is where you hurt someone and do it more than once. It is very hurtful when you get bullied. Always always tell an adult if you think you are being bullied.

What do you think that bullying is?

Where we live

Here are some pictures of our city, Lincoln.

Do you like our blog?

Around the world

Hello and welcome to our outstanding and interesting blog. We are 4EL and furthermore this week is international week which is where we connect to other schools that are in other countries. We have been writing on our blog for a couple of months and we have been writing what we have learned. We go to a brilliant school called Chad Varah School which is in the tiny, lovely and historical city of Lincoln in the UK. We would like to tell you about our local attractions. First, Lincolnshire museum has lots of things from the old days and you can also find things out that you didn't know. It is actually good fun. If you thought it was boring, you're wrong. Secondly, in Lincoln there is a museum called the collection and we have been there last year. Thirdly, one of the most important cathedrals in the UK is Lincoln cathedral and it is on Minster road. Fourthly, near Lincoln is a place called Rand Farm which is a great place to see animals and play nicely. Finally, there is a castle called Lincoln castle which someone called King William built after a war had ended.

Our week

This week we have started learning about India. We have found out that India is the seventh largest country in the world. It's the second most populous country in the world. Spicy food and candy is popular in India. Not all of India is the same, some parts are deserts, some are jungles, some are mountains, some are hilly. Sometimes it rains so much that there are floods. India has some of the longest roads in the world. India has lots of elephants. India is an amazing place to go on holiday!
